Italy GP 2021 Monza: Aio e Oio with Tomatoes and Basil, and Garlic Braised Asparagus

A McLaren 1-2! Who would have called that race!? Monza is officially a must watch race, after last year’s unexpected Gasly win, and this year’s Ricciardo and Lando podium.

Even with the title contenders taking each other out, it was a crazy exciting race, and we really enjoyed getting wrapped up in the McLaren celebrations!

Italy is always a favorite anyway given the delicious options to cook, the gorgeous scenery, and of course the Tiffozi.

For this year’s race we made the simplest of pasta dishes, Aio e Oio with Tomatoes and Basil, and perfectly tender and aromatic Garlic Braised Asparagus.
