Pre-Season Track Sessions 2022 in Spain - Tapas y Rioja otra vez

It is always so fun to see the cars out on track for the first time for a new season. This year even more so with the new regulations and all the brand new cars and liveries.

It is a jam-packed schedule this year. Testing continues in Bahrain in early March, Drive to Survive comes out March 11th, and the first race in Bahrain is already going to be here on March 20th. Looking forward to a lot of great racing and good food!

I feel that before I end this post I need to acknowledge the complicated world we live in at this and all times. Where we can at once be awaiting the new f1 season, while also awaiting news on what is happening in Ukraine and how the people there are faring, waiting to see how the world reacts and acts, and figuring out how we each individually act and react. Whether it is to advocate, cry, fight, donate, create, share, give up, or stay strong, we each must acknowledge that we live in a complex world and we can care and wish for peace and also find joy and continue to live in our own ways. I hope you find peace and that the world does too.

Here I will continue to create and share food, and hopefully also spread a little joy.

We enjoyed watching recaps of all the Pre-Season Track Session action with some Manchego Cheese Canapes, Baby Beet, Cucumber, Feta, and Olive Skewers, and a nice bottle of Rioja followed by a lovely Spanish Orange Cake.
