China: Ginger Edamame Pods Snack

Edamame Pods with Ginger and Peppercorns
Fresh ginger about 1/2 inch, lightly smashed
A few pinches of Szechuan peppercorns
11 oz edamame in pods
Bring pot of water to boil.
Add ginger, peppercorns, and edamame.
Return to boil and cook for about 5 minutes.
Drain and serve warm or room temperature.
