Venetian Spritz

I’ve said it before and I will say it again, I think Sprtiz’s are my favorite summer cocktail. Light on booze, strong on flavor, and so versatile. We tried 3 or 4 variations with different bitter liqueurs, mixing and matching to get the best level of bitterness and flavor. On our bar shelf we have Aperol, Campari, Bruto Americano, and Leopold Brothers, this led to some great flavor combos. Our favorite combination was a half/half blend of 1 oz Aperol and 1 oz Bruto Americano for the bitter liqueur. Perfetto!

2 oz Bitter Liqueur
3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Soda Water

Build the cocktail in a rocks glass over ice.
